I The Cursed Painting får spelarna kontrollera sin karaktär genom ett rollspelsäventyr med hjälp av rösten. Det är via Amazons Alexa som det hela äger rum och det kan spelas på alla Alexa-enheter men även via allt som kan köra Alexa-appen. Så kort och gott i princip varenda Android- och Apple-enhet under solen.

Developing cursed painting was a passion project for the development team, many of them being huge RPG fans, made up of fantasy authors, tabletop experts, audio engineers, as well as orchestral composers and developers who take immersion, mechanics, and story seriously. The team has worked tirelessly to produce their dream Alexa skill.

Och det stämmer säkert. Vi har bara spelat demoversioner som finns att ladda ner gratis. Det är cirka 15 minuters speltid och ger en fingervisning om hur det är att spela på det sättet. Vi testade att spela via en mobiltelefon som körde Alexa-appen. Du hittar mer information via hemsidan.
