Nordisk Film investerar i Star Stable

11 miljoner amerikanska Dollar kostar bevisligen 15 procent av Star Stable, för det är vad Nordisk Film pungat ut med enligt ett pressmeddelande idag.

Nordisk Film äger totalt 40 procent av Star Stable
Nordisk Film ägde sedan tidigare 25 procent av Star Stable Entertainment AB och har nu förvärvat ytterligare 15 procent, som då ger dem totalt 40 procents ägande. Prislappen för de senaste 15 procenten var 11 miljoner Dollar, vilket i pressmeddelandet sägs vara 100 miljoner kronor. Nordisk Film har varit aktieägare i Star Stable sedan maj 2018 kan man också läsa. Vi gissar att de första 25 procenten gav dem mersmak.

We believe that Star Stable Online has the potential of reaching new markets and of giving even more children and young people all over the world a great and adventurous horseback experience,” sade Martin Walfisz, Senior Partner på Nordisk Film Games.

“After having worked with Nordisk Film Games as owners over the last six months we are very happy to see them increase their ownership in the company. We see that as a vote of confidence that we are on the right track with in our mission of bringing high quality entertainment to girls and young women.
